In his native Germany, Ray Goldmann was accustomed to working with clients from all over the world as a commercial real estate broker: Ray owned his own brokerage selling real estate, mortgages and insurance and had over 50 people working for him.  He was very successful and enjoyed what he was doing.  During those same years, he had another business exporting millions of dollars worth of Mercedes-Benz automobiles to the United States, particularly California.  Like so many others, Ray was taken with the climate and with the locale.  "I fell in love with the country and with the paradise that is California," he says. Ray obtained his license in 1988, went to work for a RE/MAX franchise, and within a very short time became one of their top producers in the United States.  After working for them for 10 years, Ray decided to open up his own company, Real/Pro USA Realty Professionals and his own mortgage company.  "I opened several offices at several high traffic car washes where I placed my loan officers." There, his agents were able to contact with high volume of clients and help them with all o their mortgage needs.
